The variable speed control allows you to fine tune the rounding action to suit the needs of your dough. A sealed motor design with overload protection and permanently lubricated drive shaft ensures years of low maintenance service. A heavy duty cast iron dividing head works with a set of stainless steel cutting knives, which ensure years of reliable and trouble free operation. The dividing head can be tilted to the side, and the heat treated enamel white finish is easy to wipe down, helping you to easily keep the machine clean. An independent power switch and start button prevents the machine from accidentally starting without operator intervention. The machine uses 220V/60Hz/1Ph power, and is covered by a 1 year limited warranty.
