Stainless steel electric countertop fryer can cook up to 15 lbs of food per hour. The tank has a 6 liter capacity, graduation markings for proper oil level, and drop handles for easy removal for cleaning. A temperature control switch allows you to adjust from 120F-375F degrees with a overheat sensor that cuts off the power if the oil reaches 465F degrees. This fryer comes standard with a nickel plated wire mesh basket that has a collapsible heat proof handle, a nickel plated wire mesh grate to protect the heating coils, and a stainless steel cover. This unit requires a dedicated 15 amp circuit. Overall dimensions are 16″H x 11.75″W x 11.25″D. 120V, 1750W, 14.5 Amps. 6′ power cord with NEMA 5-15 plug. NSF and UL.
