These griddle tops fit most commercial ranges. MC12 is designed for 2-burner while the MC24 is for 4-burner and both can handle higher grease volume. It features a removable grease tray and adjustable frame. Made from 7 gauge steel and has 1-1/2” side walls. Heavy duty griddle designed for commercial use.
