Performance
The most efficient and powerful meat mixer grinder in its class, the KMG-32 can mix and grind up to 1.8 ton per hour! With its 7.5 HP motor and 110lb capacity hopper, the KMG-32 is perfect for supermarkets, medium-sized meat processing plants, or heavy volume butcher shops. This unit boasts electromagnetic safety sensors in the lid and is mounted on 4 heavy duty casters for ease of use and safety. Most cleaning and maintenance can be performed with absolutely no tools!
Easy To Use
With its 7.5-horsepower motor, this innovative Mixer-Grinder from Pro-Cut (model Kmg-32) is a powerhouse capable of processing more than 3,900 pounds of fresh meat per hour. Large and imposing, with a meat hopper that holds up to 110 pounds, this unit is also portable, rolling on casters (the two in front are locking casters). Operations can be controlled by a foot-pedal, or by hand controls near the rear top of the unit.
The hand controls are simple, making it easy to perform two usually-distinct operations there’s a “Grind” button, a “Mix” button, and an “Stop” button. If the unit is in “Mix” mode and someone hits the “Grind” button (or vice versa), then the motor will shut down and after a five-second pause the machine will then change operation (from mix to grind or vice versa).
Safety
An overload circuit shuts down the machine in the event of a power surge. There’s also a safety interlock on the bin cover, which must be closed for processing to take place, and a pneumatic piston on the cover lid ensures it won’t crash down on your fingers. The grinder component of the unit can be, without tools, easily removed, as can the mixer paddle. This rugged unit can be hose-washed at the end of the workday. 220V/60Hz with a Nema L19-30P plug, 3-Phase.
