re-heating, and holding foods. These salamanders are versatile and able to
be used on a countertop or mounted to the wall to save space. Features
include stainless-steel construction, independently controlled heating
elements, infinite control dials and a removable drip tray. Available in
multiple sizes and capacities.
Adcraft SAL-4000W Specification
Stainless steel 23″ wide electric salamander isgreat for cooking,
grilling, re-heating and holding foods. The adjustable upper housing has
powerful, independently controlled heating elements that will both cook
and re-heat food quickly when needed. Infinite control dials allows you to
have precise control over how long the heating period lasts. The removable
drip tray and cooking grate allow for easy cleaning. This salamander can
be used on the countertop or mounted to the wall with it’sspecial wall
mounting bracket system (sold separately). 240V, 4000W, 16.6 Amps and
comes with a 4′ long power cord that has a NEMA 6-20P plug. Overall
dimensions are 23.75″W x 18″D x 21″H. The cooking area is23W x 13″D. This
unit is backed by Adcraft’s 1 year warranty.
