Stainless steel 17″ wide electric salamander isgreat for cooking, grilling, re-heating and holding foods.The adjustable upper housing has powerful, independently controlled heating element that will both cook and re-heat food quickly when needed. Infinite control dial allows you to have precise control over how long the heating period lasts. The removable drip tray and cooking grate allow for easy cleaning. This salamander can be used on the countertop or mounted to the wall with it’sspecial wall mounting bracket system (sold separately). 240V, 2800W, 11.6 Amps and comes with a 4′ long power cord that has a NEMA 6-20P plug. Overall dimensions are 17.75″W x 18″D x 21″H. The cooking area is17″W x 13″D.This unit is backed by Adcraft’s 1 year warranty.
