Adcraft LIIC-2H Specification
This efficient gravity fed soft serve ice cream machine is perfect for
delis, concession stands, ice cream shops and other foodservice
establishments. With two (2) 1.9-quart freezing cylinders and two (2)
13.2-quart mix hoppers, this unit can product up to 50.7 quarts of ice
cream per hour. The refrigerated hopper keeps the mix cold, while the
convenient drip tray ensures that your serving area stays clean. A handy
low mix sensor alerts operator when more mix needs to added,
microprocessor controls maintain refrigeration temperatures and product
viscosity to maintain consistent quality, and standby mode maintains
product temperatures when the unit is not in use for an extended period of
time. Two (2) hoppers, two (2) 1 HP motors, 220V, 20 amps. These units are
ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation and are backed by a 1-year warranty on parts
and labor and a 5-year warranty on the compressor.
